Our Return Policy
Before returning any product, you must contact us via email at orders@trollscollectibles.lynnsleathernlace.com for an RMA#. This must be done within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
If you receive a package that is damaged, immediately call the shipping company to start a claim. Once you file the claim, email us a copy of the claim form that was filled out. This will enable us to refund your money much quicker. The product must be returned to us before we will send out a replacement. Again, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the merchandise for damaged product. |
