RETURNS and EXCHANGES

At Troll's Collectibles, your total satisfaction is our goal. We carefully inspect all items before shipment but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received, or if the items have a defect from the manufacturer you may request to return for exchange or refund for a period of 10 days from the date you receive them - PROVIDED THE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURN as explained below. Returns are subject to the following terms:

- Any clothing that can be intimately worn cannot be returned at all.

- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. To request a form simply e-mail us at Troll@trollscollectibles.com , complete the form and include it with the returned goods. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused.

- Returns are accepted provided that wearable items have not been worn, damaged, or have an odor. All items MUST be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact (tags can not removed or torn off the original plastic holding them to the garment).

- Collectibles may be returned for an exchange only in the even that the original piece sent out was damaged during shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect a package before opening. If any packaging is damaged and you are there to receive the order, you must decline the package to be returned without opening. If you have opened a package that has physical damage, make sure to contact us immediately.

. - All return shipping charges are your responsibility.

- There will be a 15% restocking fee applied for returns unless the return is due to a manufacturers defect. You are responsible for shipping costs both to return the item and to have the replacement item sent to you.

- We do not refund shipping charges.

- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our webstore, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping costs we are charged for the return of the item.

Please use an insurable and traceable method with USPS to return items to us. Please do NOT use a courier service to return items to us, we do not accept returns by courier.
